This statement clarifies the applicability of responsible gaming requirements to Project ATLAS and its CoinPayments integration.

Project ATLAS

Project ATLAS is a quantitative market research and technology initiative operated by Maverick Ltd.

It is not a gambling website, online casino, sportsbook or player gaming platform.

CoinPayments Integration

The Project ATLAS CoinPayments integration is intended for legitimate Maverick Ltd commercial invoices and approved business obligations connected with Project ATLAS.

It is not intended to process player deposits, gambling stakes, gaming withdrawals or other player gaming transactions.

Applicability

A Responsible Gaming Policy is therefore not applicable to the Project ATLAS CoinPayments integration.

Any separate gaming activities or brands operated or developed by Maverick Ltd are outside the scope of this Project ATLAS integration and are subject to their own applicable operational and compliance requirements.
